Why Toyota went away from the simplicity, speed, functionality and total beauty of the three-knob HVAC controls is beyond me..

As to the non-nav option, enjoy! It is nice to be able to choose your system. I used to want this, but after owning an '04 OEM Nav system for a while, it's OK.

Is that a US market truck? Most if not all of the non-NAV I have seen were imported. While I would much prefer the basic HVAC switches/knobs and no NAV, it's just not worth the effort to convert mine.

Florida truck. Hence unicorn. :)

Do unicorns and mysteries go hand in hand?

For some strange reason when I was searching Autotrader 3-4 years ago, it seemed that almost every one of the rare (!) non-nav LC's that showed up were gray, and most were '05's. :hhmm:

LOL, my daughters 02 4R has one of those simple HVAC units, faulty soldier joints that needed re-soldiering to make it function correctly in the cold.

I just got the 90k service done by Torfab. It feels like new.
