How to remove rear A/C vent?

I am going to attempt to repair one of my rear A/C vents and can't figure out how to remove it. Do i have to remove the headliner or does it just pop out like most everything else?

Good question, I am trying to remove the AC controls and can't figure it out.

You have to remove the headliner then each vent will be held on by 4 screws

The control panel is just held on by 4 clips to a housing so you need to slip a pry tool in between them and then pry gently to pop it off
