How to remove plastic dash panel to the right of glove box?

Anybody have any step by step directions how to remove the plastic panel in the lower most corner of the dash on the right hand side, to the right of the glove box?

I got the glove box out and the black plastic liner inside that you must remove to change the cabin air filter.

I see two 10mm bolts that hold this lower right panel in place but after removing them, the panel doesn't come loose. Do I need to also pull the door and window trim out to remove it?

typically you have to destroy part to figure out how to take apart.

I think the FAQ has a link where you can download FSM for 04 MY. I have seen it before... Sorry no help, but the FSM should have a diagram to show you what need to be done.

I think you have to remove some of the door rubber moulding to reach the passenger kick panel

It is part of the dashboard. I just removed and reinstalled my 01 LX dash this week so memories of it still haunt me

Start at about 1:30 and I think you might have your answer - unless you're talking about a different panel.

He described it as "the plastic panel in the lower most corner of the dash on the right hand side, to the right of the glove box" so I'm thinking the part that is being pointed to by the guy's plastic tool?
