I ordered up some LED's to replace my stock lights in the bottom of the doors. The only problem is that I'm having a hard time removing the lens to change the bulb. I know it's not too tough of a task but I don't want to force it and end up cracking the lens or housing. I've seen quite a few LED replacements on this board so if you have any suggestions, it would be appreciated.

Yeah, it's tricky to do it without causing damage to the clear cover. The clear cover comes out alone or with the light housing/case which is secured in the door with press points on both ends. The problem is you can't easily pry the press points out because of the 90 degree angles involved. The clear cover attaches to the case at two points bottom and top. Same problem there with the angles and slight depth involved.

I had to pry it out as one unit, then take off the cover to replace the bulb. I just did this twice all around and found that a very skinny flat screw driver or something like it worked if I put it in the corners to the rear of the door and pried the whole thing out.

Good luck and be careful. It takes some effort and I did do a little cracking to my covers here and there but they all went back into place at least.
