I have finally figured out how to order JDM parts through your local Toyota Dealership.
This will not work for all JDM parts.
Often times Toyota USA will cancel your order for JDM parts even though they are in stock in their local Ontario warehouse.
Toyota must verify that you have a legally imported vehicle in order to sell you the parts.

Here are the steps if you get an order cancelled:

Make a digital copy of your HS7 importing form and current vehicle registration.
Have your local parts representative email these forms to the PRA (parts analyst) at Toyota with the order reference number requesting release of the parts.

I am not sure if this will work for all JDM parts but it will work if they are in stock at the Ontario warehouse.
Hopefully you have a parts guy that will work with you.
Hope this helps...

Or just buy them online and bypass them all together.

any good websites because I am desperately looking for Brakes / Rotors for my LC in Ontario

Partsouq.com
Amayama.com

I have ordered JDM parts from both of these websites.

second the sites above, they are very easy to use, pricing is way more competitive then the dealer and shipping is really fast and reasonable.

Those are standard North American Land Cruiser parts, you could get them at NAPA if you wanted to...

Owners of legal import can help illegal owners (?) if there is a problem?
Market politics is not my tea :hmm:
But an old dealer here in the netherlands that helps me sometimes can get me parts that are nla and he says you need to know the right guy in the europe and japan warehouse, sometimes some more waiting time but it arrives.

Partsouq send me a toyota diagram is a Mitsubishi belt box, freaked me out, nice joke

There are many Mitsubishi parts that are interchangeable with Toyotas.

A lot of brake parts are the same as 60 series.

I have had surprisingly good luck with Ebay.

Rotors are available anywhere, and small parts are easy from the dealer (because no reason to buy imitation)

Toyota Parts Direct is an Ontario, Canada, based Toyota online parts dealership. We are your top source for Toyota parts in Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and the rest of Canada.:

Ghostrider I I did not order a Mitsubishi belt but the original Toyota diagram fitted in that box.

I got you HJ 60.

Also, I haven't had any issues ordering JDM parts from my local dealer, in Ottawa.

The UAE sites are also great, but shipping is expensive.

Lastly, for brake parts, I've been pretty happy with Napa and my CAA discount. Lifetime guarantee on some parts, which is nice for stuff that eventually corrodes and stops working, like callipers.

RockAuto for brake parts. Best selection I've ever seen for brake parts including calipers. I live in Canada and it was still cheaper to buy all the parts with shipping than buying back home at the local NAPA. If you're upgrading the rotors to 92-97 models then I used www.toyotapartsdirect.ca to get the genuine back plates(rear) and dust plates(Front) to accommodate the larger rotors. Remember if your rims are only 15" you'll need to at least get a 16" rim and new rubber.

For JDM specific parts I found Jp-carparts.com is really good. They have the full part breakdown of all landcruiser models. You submit an inquiry on the part that you need and they will get back to you with a pdf invoice with price and shipping cost or let you know if it's been discontinued. They may even have a used part if it's no longer being made.

I'm really struggling to find the pressure feed line for the power steering on my JDM 92 FZJ80. The hard line near the banjo fitting cracked. If anyone can help out or source one I would appreciate it.

It's discontinued. You can try 44410-60220 out of Japan.
