How to ID year and month built?

I've been meaning to pay for the silver star, I've had so much help and gleamed so much info. This is probably the cheapest thing i've bought so far for my truck. DONE!

Glitch in the computer, got it figured out. Here's a pic of the fan that is off of a pig.

The monting bracket is differnt but the fan looks the same.
