Look at the FSM, it is done from adjusters in the rear wheel hubs. Follow the procedure so you don't have them drag.

I did mine by removing the cup holder, then Reach down and turn the little nut on the bottom. I can tale a picture if you like.

Also the FSM has the correct spec for tension. It asks for a certain number of clicks at the handle with a certain pound force pull.

I don't have FSM . How many clicks it should be ? My hand brake handle comes right up before it engaging.

I believe it's 5-7 clicks from memory. Adjust star wheels first, then the hand brake handle.

The number of clicks doesn’t do any good without knowing the specified force pulling on the handle to get that number of clicks. There will be a big difference in clicks between 20# and 150.

I don’t have the ability to look it up now.. will try to remember to do it tomorrow.

I really appreciate your willingness to assist me .Thank you.

Speaking of parking brakes, my 200 want even roll down hill in neutral. In neutral and no parking brake the thing stops on it’s on. What if i need to tow this thing

OP, 3 f and g are the parts to pay attention to.

@richxd87 thanks for posting this.

On my '13 the cupholder just pulls straight up and out. Edit: looks like the op deleted their question about how to remove the cupholder.

I have this guide bookmarked for when I need to do it. This is a big assumption but I believe the Tundra adjustment procedure will be close to the 200 series.

Same rear brakes, so not a big assumption at all.

Foot brake vs handle, so the number of clicks might change. But yes the stuff on the axle is the same

The vid above is really good. Couple questions. Should I have a rubber plug in the adjustment hole? If so, mine are missing.

Second question. What are the "hub nuts" referred to in the FSM? Maybe it will be clear after I get the cup holder out.

Edit: I think this just refers to the lug nuts. I was thinking it was something with the cable.

Yes, there should be a rubber plug. 47491-22020

From context I believe the hub nuts are just the lug nuts. Pretty sure they are just keeping the brake rotor on and tight against the hub face so any misalignment doesn’t throw off the star wheel adjustment.

Thanks. Once I got my hands on the truck it was clear.
