1998 2uzfe
So I blew my engine.. bent a rod like a banana and the piston smacked the Crank and locked up. So I tore it down and decided I wanted to build this thing up big and strong to make more power. The question is.. how much power can these parts really handle? I'm talking about the block, heads, valves etc. i know I'm gonna replace the rods with eagle 1500 horsepower rods with custom forged pistons. Still deciding on a crank that's strong enough but haven't found one yet. I also want to change the compression ratio to the highest number I can while still running on 93 octane pump gas. Would I have any problems with the heads blowing up on me? I heard the block on the 2uzfe is very strong and can withstand 1000 horsepower or so. Correct me if I'm wrong but that's what I heard. All input is appreciated.
