I bought it for 8k and have put in a good amount of $ and labor. But you may be right, the extras might not help the price go up.
You can get the 13k somebody quoted in SoCal if patient

I agree, I don't think many people will pay 14 but I would not let it go for less. Thats what its worth to me, I really feel like I got a good one. So I probably won't even try to sell it because I know it will be more reliable than anything else I can get for the same $. And its pretty cool.It appears to me that the value in this vehicle is in the maintenance performed, not on the mods. That quality going to be hard to get a premium price for; most people (right or wrong) don't place value on replacement parts. The lift, stereo, and tires might be worth a bit but probably not a huge premium.
I would think a 98 with 150k+ on the clock would be hard to fetch the $14k you're looking for. The value in having a sound rig with nearly completely rebuild front end is something that is hard to convey to the market. You may find more success here with a more learned crowd.
One thing that stands out as a red flag is the master rebuild kit. The MC is an $1,800 part. Probably worth discussing what's going on with it. Some here have had success with rebuild kits. However if it's a pump or solenoid then that's a horse of a different color.
It does look like a nice clean rig and the locker is a big plus. GLWS.
