I'm trying to figure out if it will work with my aftermarket power lock system, which has only two wires. A photo or diagram of the tailgate power lock would be handy.

That's helpful thanks. I'm still not clear on the way the power lock works. Is it power on and off or is it positive current, then negative?? Apparently it has three wires, so maybe one is a ground then it gets a positive current through each of the other wires depending if it's locking or unlocking. I'm just guessing. Anybody know?
