How long do coil packs last? Should they be changed at 120k miles?

For me, it depends on how the vehicle is being used and/or how big your pocket is. If it's going on a 10k mile nonstop trip and no time for repairs, sure. Otherwise, I'd replace the "hard to get to" ones with spark plug change (if there are any), and keep an extra in the glovebox.

Just had my first one go south @ 229k. Per TXLX100: Keep one or two in your on-board parts kit...easy and quick to swap out...

I have a great independent mechanic and it cost me about $145.00 for one of the hard to get to coils, so my guess you could be looking at a $800 or $900 dollar bill to do all of them. I believe they are about $90.00 each just for parts.
I'm working off my memory here and I had this done about 6 months ago.

Thanks, if I end up moving to Maui and this becomes my only vehicle I will have them all changed, before I move. I had Slee do the 120k mile plug change at 125k miles and now only have a little over 130k miles. I know at Slee if any looked iffy they would of mentioned it and I have had no problems with them (knock on wood).

I bought 8 of these and they were perfect OEM.

Just swap them yourself and save the cash - only thing you really need is a 1/4 inch drive 10mm socket and various length extensions. FSM shows the procedure well enough. Shouldn't take more than an hour or two, just be careful not to drop any of the bolts or have a magnetic pick up tool to retrieve them.
