I just test drove this rig in Houston and wanted to share my first-hand experience. I am going through this ad line-by-line because there are MANY inconsistencies... I wouldn't put a lot of energy into this one.
1974 Toyota BJ40 Landcruiser 4x4 --> Actually, it's a 1974 body BJ with a 1976 2F FJ engine.

*** SERIOUS INQUIRES ONLY*** THERE'S NO TIME TO WASTE! --> dont waste your time IMO
Complete Restored. --> not even close, poorly semi-restored with lots of poorly applied body filler
New Paint Job --> bad paint job, nice color. Painted over the latches and painted the hard top ON. He recommended cutting thru the paint if i were ever to remove the top
New Wheels & Tires --> new wheels yes, new tires, NO. About 10% left in tread.
New Brakes --> LMAO. This was the scariest test drive I've ever taken, breaks are nonexistent drums. Almost drove it into a ditch when i mistakenly got her up to 15mph.
and Brake Booster--> see above comment.
New Upholstery New Lights --> maybe.
New Battery --> HIS BOAT BATTERY WAS BEING USED BC THE OLD BATTERY KEPT GETTING DRAINED WHEN NOT IN USE
Sprayed on Bedliner --> maybe? Missed this bc rubber mat was glued to floor
New Suspension --> Seller told us that it needed New suspension and said it was all original
Bushings New Motor Mounts New Carburetor ... --> dont know but based on the rest of his claims, I doubt it.
Buyer Beware. The search continues!
