There are many resources online that you can use to identify parts and part numbers.
Since you are new to this site, I'm guessing you are also new to Landcruisers.
Here is a link to just one of many sites that you can use to find parts diagrams and part numbers for all Landcruisers and then some:

You can look up part numbers and diagrams by year and model, and if you have a p/n you can look up what it fits.
BTW, the pulley in your ebay link is a water pump pulley for a 75 - 80 FJ40 & FJ55.
You need to take a close look at your harmonic damper and see if it has mounting holes for additional pulleys.
