Did you buy another hazard switch or just use your existing...?

I used my existing one :hillbilly: but I have another one in the mail. I wouldn't recommend it though because your blinkers won't work with the hazard unhooked. So I tested it then hooked the hazard back up until I get the other one in the mail which will hopefully be tomorrow. I don't think I'll need the CDL in the next day or two so I should be ok.

Cool, may I ask where you got the switch and how much it was?

finally got settled into the new garage and got the air hooked up to make short work of the corroded fill plugs for the diffs. Spent some time beating myself up with breaker bars and took all of 2 seconds with air. Leaving more time for  just waiting for a couple paychecks to buy tube for sliders and de flare it

You may want to wait till spring for the Monsatliner. It needs to be 50 deg. to cure properly and doing it in your closed garage is not fun. If you have a good respirator and tape off the doors into your house you should be fine. The fumes are insane. Worse than anything I have ever used. Monstaliner is Great stuff though. Super tough hard as rock. Goes on easy and looks Great!!!!!

thanks for the heads up  I do have access to a good respirator and I have a space heater. Thinking that maybe ill tape the holes and spray them just to have it sealed up and wait for a nice warm day and run the heater to do it.

broke out the space heaters and the respirators since I need to be able to drive this and it got nice out :D not really a fan of the dark colors and contrast so I went with light grey to keep the contrast to a minimum. Super happy with the way it turned out :bounce:

Rig looks great. Tell me more about how the holes were covered before rolling on the liner.

I used aluminum tape, cleaned really well and taped the holes then rolled the liner on.

Did you tape both sides of the holes or just the front?

tweaked my knee a bit so took a couple days off from skiing and went and picked up the rest of my tools/borrowed some from a buddy. Time for some fun! :flipoff2:

JD2 bender with a 1 3/4" die and a 220v Hobart. Plan is to modify the existing front and rear bumpers and build some sliders over the next couple weeks.
