we even had to call the paremedics today 'cuz one of our crew passed out from heatstroke/dehydration/alcohol consumption.

but was still a better day golfing than a better day working...

Did he get a $100 ride to the ER and a $1k admission? :D

We were working in Rob's metal storage container yesterday and it was like an oven. Metal benches inside were too hot to touch. Bacon n" eggs would fry on there, but the grease was the wrong type to eat. Sweat and sunscreen were running in our eyes and it must have been around 45 degress in there. We were starting to recall those stories about sponaneous human combustion. It was so hot, the birds in Lanley were using pot holders to pull worms out of the ground. Those farmers around there were feeding crushed ice to keep the eggs from coming out hard boiled. Their cows were giving evaporated milk. Our seat belts were making pretty good branding irons. Hot water was coming out of both taps. We were eating hot chilies to cool our mouths off, in fact it was hotter than JenLo on Jalapeno chillipeppers. The trees were whistling for the dogs. It was so hot, superman rolled up his blue tights to his knees. We would have gone mad but fortunately we have already bin der for a long long time.

Very very very good one!!!!

its hot up north too. Smithers is well over 30. Which is unheard of here.

But this year we have had a bit of warm stuff.

Turned my M101 into a pool just now. Tarp in and filled with water........... Just got to wait for the water to get above frezzing....

I think it was 37 over here in Cranbrook.
I spent the afternoon tubing on the St Mary river.

I bet it was only 30' on the river. And the water was so nice.
Cool, but not cold. I am going again tomorrow. :D

Cheers,
Nick
