Ok so right before getting out of the 80 today I decided to test the horn for the first time, but I got nothin. Also there is a lot of play when I push down on the horn, it just feels very very loose. Is that normal? Should I just expect to fix a fuse or is there some wiring problem that could have popped up?

the horn pad should feel spring loaded, maybe abotu 3/16" of motion

(reach) does your aribag light come on when you first turn on the key?

first thing you should so is look at the horns and thier connectors and make sure everythign is in order, then pull the connectors and make sure they are getting voltage when the steering pad is depessed, then look at the horn realy.

yea the airbag light does come on I remember seing it. I'll check the connections first thing tomorrow.

I also kinda want to upgrade the horn like I've seen in some other threads. Now is as good a time as any to do that I guess once I get them working
