Hello - was wondering. There is a about a 13mm hole in the top of my bib, but if I put the hood prop there, it's so low you can't do anything under the hood.

Where is the hood prop supposed to go? Yes, I know....I can just flip it back to rest on the roof with a piece of rubber hose split open, but strictly speaking about the hood prop rod - where does it go.

Personally....I think I am missing a piece of hardware.....

Thanks much for any clues!

naw mine is the same, it is on the bib, and by far pretty low to do any work :)

That is the stock way as far as I know, and yes i just flip it up and gently rest it on the windscreen :D

Prolly not what ya want to hear :D
You can easily fasten a metal plate farther in to give you more pitch however :D

they are two position props....

its low in position #1 (on bib) ....to keep the rain off your head....also known as the "bad weather position" or the "partially position" :)

when its nice push it in position #2 (against windshield) its much easyer to work in there
