I am really hoping I can make this run, we will have to see what condition the wagon is in by that time. For now the wife and I have it on the calender.

At this point Christy and I are planning on making a weekend of it. I've got lots of work to get the wagon to the point where it isn't a liability on the trail, but it should be there.

So who is still planning on making this one? I managed to miss Saturdays run up Goldcamp so I am starting now to get ready for HolyCross! I'm down for friday night. Can't wait!

im planning on being there! Just to Be Clear, we are running the trail Sunday, Meet at the western in woodland Sun Morning at 7:00, leave at 7:30

And People who want to camp can go up earlier, Andy where you thinking Sat night or Friday and Sat to camp? Id like to leave town around 1:00pm, that puts us to the trail head around 3:00, and gives us time to setup camp and mess around for a bit!


EDIT: Much confussion from the trip planning versus what the club has done in the past --- THE RUN IS ON SATURDAY!

Im going to head up around 6:00 pm on friday.. Those meeting us in the morning should Leave town at 6:00 to get to the trail head around 9:30..

I didn't realize the run is actually on Sun. I would still like to go Friday. But Saturday morning might work also. I will see how things are going as time gets closer.

Is there anywhere halfway close to park the truck and trailer other than the trailhead?
I would like to go up and camp Friday night also, but I thought the run was Saturday?
Either way, no probs!

Hey Don,
Yes, There are several places that are big enough to park a truck and trailer. If we can get one of a couple camping spots that I like there is plenty of room to park at camp and then drive the rig to the trail(maybe a mile). What time do you think you are going to head out Friday night? We might be able to caravan.

Whatever time is good for you. Just let me know. I start my 2 weeks leave the next day, so I should be able to get out of there early.

Unfortunately it depends on what time I get out of work. I am hoping to get out early but I wont. know until Thursday or Friday. What are your plans looking like?

My plan as of now, is to head up on Saturday at around 11 AM.. it sounds like Erick and his dad are both coming on the trip.. If anyone wants to caravan around then, give me a call or shoot me a PM!

Saturday??? Well I have to work Saturday but I'll be there Sunday morning around 9:30... Guess I'll run it alone.

On a side note my good friend Dave will be up there Friday for the weekend. Look for him in a white Rubicon and a BIG Winnebago.

Beautiful weekend! Sam and I made it up late friday night. Sam left early Sunday morning and Sabra and I hung for most of the day and ended up seeing Tim and Jenny Headed home after running the trail alone. If I can figure out how I will post up a few pics.
