I propose that we move the meeting earlier in the month (maybe 2nd Tuesday) so the meeting will be before the monthly activity. By having the meeting before the event some of the planning can be done at the meeting in person.

For the purpose of ensuring the monthly meeting precedes the trail ride, to facilitate better trail ride planning, it was agreed that we would adjust our schedule for 2025, evaluating in January 2026, as follows:

1. Club meetings on the 2nd Tuesday with default location Rudy's
2. Trail rides on the third weekend (except Feb)
3. Roughly alternate Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year

The 2025 trail ride schedule will be:

Feb (Sat 22) Shelf Rd to Phantom Canyon, optional trip to Penrose Comms​

Mar (Sun 16) Seep Springs/CR69​

Apr (Sat 19) Rainbow Falls/Hotel Gulch​

May (Sun 18) Bishop's Castle (maybe an off-schedule ride to 11 Mile area)​

Jun (Sat 21) Brown's Canyon/4 Mile​

Jul (Sun 20) Antero/Tincup​

Aug (Sat 16) Mosquito Pass/Weston​

Sep (Sat 20) Red Cone (San Juans trip TBD)​

Oct (Sun 19) Bull Park 376A/379​

Nov (Sat 15) China Wall​

Dec Christmas Tree Patrols​

Off-schedule trail rides are encouraged.​
