Holley Sniper 2GC small Bore Kit

Why doesn't anyone use the Holley 2GC small bore kit? It is about half the cost. I am looking at the base plate and it seems very similar . I need to compare the exact measurements to be sure. But here are the measurements from Holley.

I received my third Holley Sniper kit today, this one being based on the Rochester 2gc small bore. My first two were the 2300 series. They both were such great upgrades I thought I would try out the 2GC kit as I consider it a better match for my single barrel manifold 1F. I don't have any proof...

I'm currently in the process of doing a 2 barrel sniper install....only a year into now...going to probably start working on it again in the next few weeks as she warms up (on my fj40)

I have spent the day reading about the Sniper 2300, 2GC, and the 2GC Large bore. Have you read the 2300 Vr 2GC post yeat in 40 and 55 series Tech pages? I assume that is where you got the Diagram for the base.
