Any ideas about sealing the two holes that were left when my Lexus emblem fell off of (or was borrowed from) my LX-450. I don't want to pay for a new one and don't really like the idea of bondo and trying to match the paint for something that minor. Thanks!

to start prying at it yet. If you end up adding a new one, I recall Pimp saying that there is a 3M adhesive you should use so it seals up those holes nicely..... On a side note, what the hell is someone going to do with a Lexus emblem anyhow? Put it on a chain and wear it around their neck?
Here in southern cali around $400 buks (primer, body filler, sand & match metallics painted)
I think for non-metallics should be lower/cheaper $ but because i knew the owner of the body shop i only paid $200.00 buks to painted all and my paint color is metallic( roof rack , front defector etc... )

Anyone know if it's held on by nuts in the back? Or are the holes just there to the emblem is aligned correctly?

As far as I have read, the holes are there to align the pins on the back of the emblem (atleast on a 97' with emblem mounted in the center of the hatch, believe 94-96 are mounted on the US DS of the hatch and are slightly smaller).... someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes, fortunately they got it clean off. It looks like there are two pins that aligned/helped hold it in place. I think I am going to go the body shop route

I can't see mine with the tire carrier back there. And only because of this, if someone snagged mine, I'd just throw a couple bolts/screws in there and seal it up well.
If it was visible, I'd have the holes filled (with metal preferrably) and repainted.
