Hole Punch Recommendation (2 Viewers)

I want to buy a reasonably priced hole punch set for occasionally making paper or rubber gaskets. I read the reviews on Amazon, and they all seem to dull quickly or are not sharp out of the box. Please let me know what you use and what you would recommend. Thank you for your time.

Osborne arch punches. Over the years I've accumulated a pretty good assortment off ebay from 1/8 up to 2-1/2.
