Holcomb Valley is burning, the Gold Fire, is currently at 30 acres. Reports have it located near 3n10, John Bull trail.

Glad we ran it at BBAT. This sucks. Forest service may be closing it for the season.

Burn map, now at 350 acres and spotting. The blue area, lower right, is approximately where we camped. Appears quite a bit of the trail has been burned out.
That looks like the entire John Bull trail is smoked. Very sad.
