For Sale HJ61 project truck northern CA $2500

Before you get too excited ......... This is a major PROJECT!

What you get:

Good hj61 highroof body with one small rust spot on the roof and a few dings and dents
Good frame
Complete VX Interrior
Clean CA DIESEL title!!!
Plus a few extra Interrior and body panels along with a snorkle iirc. There's a bunch of stuff piled in the cab.

No engine, trans or tcase. ( had a 12HT from the factory )
No axles or suspension.
No mechanical parts.

So to say you'll need to trailer it home would be an understatement.

This cruiser used to belong to David aka "iron giant" on here. I bought it along with a bunch of other stuff when he moved to new Zealand. Was hoping to build it into my "ultimate 60" but reality is, I just don't have the time.

Japanese rig originally brought in by marv at Sor. So it's RHD.

price is firm. Vehicle is in my garage in Stockton CA. Not in a huge hurry to sell. Might be interested in trades. Whatcha got?

Mmm I have interest, but a pic reel would be nice (well lit showing the bad and good).

Like I need another project too, but that high roof would be great for how the 62 interior is built.

Because it wouldn't be usable, I could trade partly a hannibal rack and awning, used in good shape. FJ454 isn't available, but I have the '64 FJ40 that I was planning to put my '82 BJ42 drivetrain in and make pretty and stock otherwise.

Got any 70 series troopies hanging around for projects you'll never get to?
