Geeeeezzze Ando. Why put it so close to "rollover" for absolutely no reason? Have you no respect for those beautifully crafted panels?

I think you maybe should be driving something not quite so nice as a pristine 40 series!

nice truck there mate, i like the mustard! its one of those classic cruiser colours from back in the day, i have a 2inch suspension lift in mine but with 31's, i wouldn't go anything higher for offroad use....they become way too top heavy especially if you have a dog cage or canopy on the back like mine, it tends to roll and wollow around alot.
33's are ok for the highways but suck going up hills! i would stay with the same size as you have now...just go a couple inches wider.
cheers RED47:steer:

Yea I could imagin how much it would suck goin up hills with 33s lol..had a mate sellin a set for pretty cheap jst didn kno how they would go..it's already got after market springs and shocks but the leaf packs are MASSIVE the shackles hardly even move..it's got bugger all flex and rough as guts to drive so I'm thinking 2" lift with sum softer springs is the way to go

yea the utes are a pretty rough ride! I've got the old man emu leaves in mine with the greaseable shackles, the front is rated at about 200kg over standard and the rears are a 9 pack...not sure of load rating but work well in troopys apparently
