Several cruiser part store offers two types of front light turn... : First quality and second quality.

I would like to know if the second quality is really low-end or the quality is acceptable? Is there a REAL difference ?

What is the BIG difference between both ?

Any experience with the low quality ?

Merci !

Most of the quality issues are in the lens, color and UV stability tend to be a problem in the cheapest ones (lens fades quickly). Additionally, the wiring and quality of light socket can be pretty mickey mouse. As far as the bucket goes, you may want to prep, sand and paint to make it look nice, but the shape is correct.

Go OEM when you can, they are the best and well worth the money.

What year signals do you need? I have a set of the newer style turn signals that I plan on posting up in the classifieds here soon

About 5 years ago I bought some non OEM signals. They now need to be replaced. The trim around the lens has rusted, the lens is "cloudy" and the housing has faded big time.. Will be replacing with OEM..
