I can't say enough good things about this business, if you're looking for some sand blasting/powder coating. I took a rear step I bought here on MUD into them last week, and picked it up today. Looks great, and for only $25! They have expanded their building since the first time I went in, and are very nice to deal with. If you need someone to sandblast and/or powder coat, head on up there!

Yeah, they do a real nice job, Mark. They added 3K more feet of shop, and are staying busy. Friendly as all get out.

I called them for my rims- they wanted $100 each. Ouch. They do good work though, Gonzos bumper turned out nice.

I have 2 places that will do them for 200-250. Havent used them, but am eager to see the quality.

That seems really high by their standard. I recall two jump seat frames and an air cleaner assembly in black, plus my old bottle jack and the tire changing iron rods in yellow: all for $150. I wonder, we're they going to blast and coat both sides or just the outside face?

That does seem high for the rims, considering what they've done for me. My two jump seat frames were $110, and like I said, this rear step was $25. I know they do have quoted rates hanging on the wall, but adjust that depending on the piece, and what they are running in the shop. My step is a standard color called "wet black", and they run a lot of that through the shop, so my price was below the $75 minimum that is stated on the wall.

Dropped the rims off today, will get them back next week. You can see before pics in my Elsie thread in my sig.

What color are you going with on the powder coat?

Gray, as close as possible to the originals
