Hi all,

I need ASAP the high pressure lines that run from the injector pump to the injectors (1985 3B Diesel engine). One of my lines rusted through and the other ones don't look all that promising. If you have a set for sale, let me know.
I'm driving accross Canada mid September and this truck is my daily driver.

Thanks
Herbert

I rear somewhere ( don't take it as a rule ) that the break pressure for 2H injector was around 2100 lbs ..

Does anybody know where to get them? The Toyota dealer claims they are not available anymore...
Please, help!

Nope. Those are specially made. The lines are high pressure lines. They have thick walls and you'll need a special tool to bend and flare them.
As I found out, these lines are not made for sale by Toyota anymore (so the dealer says) and if one breaks, it's a major PITA.
If I can't find them good used, I will have to find a Diesel shop that can make them. (not easy)

So, fellas take good care of your high pressure injector lines.

couldnt you make a new line using your old fittings???

ENS- Is that a dealer? If you could find something, that would be great... Thanks!

Try ENS in saskatoon. Ther ewas a guy selling a set a few months ago - i'll see if i can find it.

Hello Herbert...have you tried to get them made....you might want to try Strictly hydraulics in Burnside...they have done high pressure rigid lines for me before and they do good work . Get them from Radd if you can though...just giving you options.

There's lots out here in BC. Rob @ Radd, Steve @EBI or Mike Mctague in Surrey will have some. Make sure you use the complete sets of isolator rubbers and brackets. The lines will crack if you don't. Ask me how I know...
