Hi my name is Jerry I have owned a FJ 40 for 13 years and recently have purchased a FJ 60.

I am here to see if anyone in the Park and Summit County areas are interested in starting up a local chapter. With no offense to the front range chapters its just hard to get down there for meetings and what not. It would just be nice to have a local chapter.

So if you are interested please let me know. I think there is alot of us Toy drivers to make a go at it.

Thank You for taking your time to read.

Jerry

welcome Jerry! Thanks for taking the lead and best of luck!

We actually have a few members from the Park and Summit counties. You could post on the Rising Sun forum and get some of them to join you. We would have no problem with your trying to start a new chapter from our forums ot getting some of our members to join you.

We have excellent relationships with the other Colorado clubs, in fact Horestooth was started by Rising Sun Members, some still belong to Rising Sun.

Jerry, I live in Breckenridge and I am a member of Rising Sun. It is a bit of a pain having to drive 2.5-3 hours roundtrip for a meeting, but there are some good folks in RS. There is a guy Craig in Breck who gets on the RS forum, but I don't know of any others in Summit County. Let me know if I can help out with anything. Kevin

Well like most I do have a family so getting to a front range area kind of sucks. It would be nice to set something up here for people in this area.

So if we can get some people interested in it I am willing to make a go at it.

Romer that would be great I would appriciate the help. Sno Bored hit me up and we can talk and see if this is something you are interested in helping out with.

Well anyway keep it coming if you are interested send me a email and I will get my contact info to you and see were it goes.

can't remember the guys name, but i bought my 68 cruiser from a guy in breck. as you're hitting the hairpins to climb hoosier pass, he's off a dirt road to the right. i was up there a couple years ago and he still had a couple cruisers.
