Hey fellas,

Work is taking back to Chicago next week (1/29). Let's meet up at Hooters or someplace like that on Wed night for dinner/drinks/etc.. It'd be good to see some old faces!

Bolingbrook is too far for me (I live in Cary, work in Palatine), my compromise suggestion is Hooters on the north side of Woodfield Mall, on Golf.

Schaumburg would be a trek. I couldn't get there before 7, but I'm up for whatever. Scott is way down in Homer Glen-ish.


I would get arrested if I tried to drive the pig up there, although it might be worth it just to drive it through Barrington Heights.

I was gonna suggest Buffalo Wild Wings in Lisle, but that's really close for me. :D

I don't mind driving a bit. I'm in the city but will be coming from work that night in Glenview. Lisle is not a bad compromise IMOP.

Actually, Ditkas Sports Dome/46 Zone bar&grill, Scott's original suggestion, is only 10 minutes further south, and probably more exciting right about now, what with this little thing they call a Superbowl and all that... Unless the food is really s***ty at Ditka's, since some of us (chitown and me?) are driving that far we might as well go all the way-- Buffalo Wild wings are everywhere, but there aren't many Ditka's around.

Ditka's... Good Food.. for a bar.

But it's probably more conducive for guys coming and going over a longer period as opposed to a restaurant.

Like me, I wouldn't be able to get there any earlier than 6:30pm. I would hate for people to have to wait for me just to order.

I remember when the "dome" went up and often wondered what the hell is inside of it......my opportunity is HERE. If that's where we're meeting, I'll see you guys there tomorrow between 6:30-7:00.

Is Bolingbrook even in the state? I had to google the place to see where the hell it was.
Kenton gave me a ring and told me about the gathering. I like to hear that folks are getting together somewhere close..... mapquest says it's 55 minutes from me. That is if I don't get burried in traffic.
I will try to get out of my meeting by 6 and head down from there. If traffic pounds me to death, not sure when or if I'd make it.
Don't wait to order! Start the drinkin and hope to see you all before the place closes....
