Is this a new phenomena? How long has it been occurring? My shot in the dark is a failing coil pack or two that hasn't triggered a cel yet, but should soon.
May be a coil pack. I typically feel a failing coil just off idle in stop and go traffic when the truck is cold (hasn't reached operating temps).

Pull codes, if any. Have you checked the basics like air filter? Fuel filter?Last time the transmission was flushed? Does it run hot at all? Not much info to go on. Do you have the maintenance history of the truok?
