Went Sloshing in the mud. Now it's hard to shift when warmed up...all gears. I replaced the slave and bled it....I did notice that the slave cylinder spring to clutch fork was gone...and scrape marks above clutch fork....I have placed in neutral and tried putting in gear without clutch it doesn't go...sometimes after going into second then into first it still grinds....there is no slip when it works clutch engages about halfway out....any ideas are appreciated...it's 3 speed column shift any ideas as to the problem will be appreciated
 
Sounds hydraulic. Have someone press the pedal for you while you watch the slave cylinder to determine range of motion.
