I'm starting to get everything back in good shape on a new 88, 62
I've located why the tail lights are not working...
This is a large white wire, does anyone know if there is supposed to be a fusible link here?
Thanks everyone for your help...

I don't see a white wire, but if the white plug is the part in question, yes it's a fuseable link.

It looks like you have a few other wiring issues, the black wire that appears to be burnt? I would check the wiring carefully to see what is bad and why the wire looks burnt.

I don't know on a 62, but I think you can find a new fuesable link, or look in the partout section.

I'm sorry...the burnt black wire is hooked to a large white wire....I'm hoping the black wire someone put there burnt because it's to small gadge of wire?
I jumped that wire for a second and the tail lights came on....

I replaced all of my fusible links with fusible wire. Got all of mine at Napa, cured my problems.

Cool thanks for the tip...
Holy crap! Spent a good part of the day removing crap...thought I was almost done then I looked behind the kick panel
