Last I checked

i know trapper is running a 5 in. lift you can ask him how much did it cost.alcans are custom built to your needs,do a search here you'll find tons of info. john

Last I checked they were 385.00 a pair for a total of $770 for the springs, plus you will need shims for the front and prob. shocks. You will need new shocks regardless if you are lifting that much plus...you'll want to look at correcting you steering angles with that much lift.

yea ive been addicted the moment i first laid my eyes on an fj60....I think i'll first do the aal, as randy has suggested, and slowly peice together my truck...one leaf at a time :( I also have the entire driveline i want to do.....she is solid and reliable but i want a fresh rig

What tire size are you going for at this point?

As previously mentioned, the 34" ltbs are a great tire for a 60 series, as long as its not a daily driver. All you need to clear them well is an aal. Youll get hung up sometimes in the really nasty stuff, but there are few places that i want to go that my truck wont take me.

the truck came with 27BFG's a/t. They are still in great shape. when they go south that will be the time to convince my wife, unless i find nome good used 33-35's. That rig has gotten me through some nasty trails as is, i just cant wait to get more ground clearance

Look in Classifieds: Parts for sale, people are always moving up in size before wearing out their slightly smaller tires. I got my 35's from a guy in NM and they were nearly brand new.

Furthermore, people who are going SOA will unload their OME Heavy set-up and will want stock springs (trade possibilities)
