OK, so had Miller Toyota order me the gaskets for the hubs and they ordered a whole axle kit which includes diff gaskets, and I mean plural. One paper and one cork.

So, I already bought the Right Stuff -- should I use it or the gaskets? If gaskets, both?

I think I just used the Right Stuff w/o the gasket. Using the cork gasket on the cover with the goop on both sides might make it easier to remove next time.

do not use the cork gasket on the front ever. the cork is for the rear cover on the rear axle. im sure someone has used the cork between the diff and housing without a problem before, but it is not where it is supposed to go.

good clean surfaces and just the Right Stuff. you will be very happy with the results.

Thank you gentlemen. Right Stuff alone it is. So the cork is for the cover. It's all coming together. :hmm:
