I recently picked up a HDJ80 with the part time T case . It was your typical SA rig with wiring The person I bought it from added factory locked axles and they don't lock. Now that have the wiring fixed I am ready to trouble shoot the locker issue. I have already checked and replaced the detent switches amde sure locker actuators worked . I know nothing about these SA rigs and I'm having a hard time finding info on the part time case.all the FSM only show a CDL case. I am thinking the Part time actuator is not sending a "locked " signal to the locker ecm as the CDL does. I'm hoping one of you might be able to save me hours of running down wiring.. I have a USA t case with CDL But I really want to make the part time work if that's the issue. I guess My 1st question in the process and start point is . When you activate the part time with the 4wd switch in the dash, Is there a light in the dash that comes on ( i don't have one coming on) if so could someone send me a pic of that.
Rig had 5 different alarms not 1 butt connector or soldiered connection in the whole mess haha. I also need a passenger side headlight bezal for the quad lights if anyone has 1 , Will also take a pair.
