Toyota said they could have it for me tomorrow if I order by 3pm CST today.

60 bucks for just the headgasket.
230 for the full deal, intake, exhaust, valve, etc.

Should I get the full deal or should I expect everything else to be reuseable if I just get the headgasket?

What about the parts store stuff? Advanced, Autozone, OReilly, Napa in my neck o' the woods.

I gotta hustle to get parts ordered in because I've got a window of opportunity to do this job while my buddy's little brother can get me into the bus garage of a local school district for the weekend where he works.

TIA!!!

Go Toyota OEM on the headgasket. Do not use aftermarket, unless
you want to repeat the process again.

If your other gaskets are fine, not sure I'd fuss with them.
but its ultimately up to you.

Due to the finite amount of time I have inside the climate controlled "bus barn" I'm thinking maybe I better order the full Toyota "gasket kit" so I don't have to try and track down individual gaskets on a saturday or sunday?

My buddy's little brother bus mechanic is going to help me do this for next to nothing and the used of his employers shop...so splurging on gaskets isn't that big of a deal.

Do I need to try and obtain new head bolts as well? Should the existing ones be up to being retorqued again? Barring that we break them or anything stupid like that? The last headgasket job I was involved in I managed to break a couple.

Of course the success of this whole deal being accomplished in the short window hinges on the head still being straight and level. I have never overheated the truck, so...it should be okay....right?!

You do not need to replace the headbolts

Hey thanks guys. It's done now. I ordered the Toyota headgasket kit....so new gaskets across the board. They will have them for me at lunch tomorrow at the dealership.

Thanks guys!

I should be spending the weekend in the bus garage!

Shouldn't that be the 11115-61030 head gasket?
If so, they list for $135.
Have dealer double check PN & price.

I dunno Jim, I didn't get the part number. I just told them what I had and they said it'll be there in the morning.

Hopefully it works out....the guy I spoke to earlier wasn't in when I called back to order, so I wound up speaking to the "understudy" who clearly wasn't as up to the task.
