Good afternoon. Any help is appreciated. I got a trail tailor rear bumper however I'm having trouble locating where the L brackets to wings first go? I think I can see where they go on pass side but drivers side the bolts are too small any help is appreciated.

Can you post some pictures of the brackets?

I'll grab some photos as soon as I can; however, I'm traveling for work at the moment and won't be able to get you anything for a couple days. I agree with the others, though, that reaching out directly will be your best bet.

So I mocked up the bumper to see where it lines up before adding the brackets. Had the bumper sitting on jack stands. I did use a tap set to tap one if not both sides on my frame. Used the bolts in the kit on one side and ended up tapping to the size of some of the factory bolts I had taken out for the other side.

Your location looks correct.

Had 2 wrong bolts, had some M12 laying around took me a while to find the correct tap locally. Bumper base is on. Still need to trim the bumper skin, and add the swing arms. I may have more questions so thank you in advance as I don't know where some of the parts go (can't see them in my head).

I was able to get it on after looking at it and thinking hell it can only go one way. Now I have to relocate the rear camera and wire up the lights. Ordered the curt 2-3 and using posts from @indycole @linuxgod and @tbisaacs thanks for the write ups.
