Is your pair valve deleted? That big box under the throttle cable bracket.
On the later models there's a slightly different bracket attached to the right side of the head designed to hold the accelerator cable higher up so it doesn't droop onto the valve cover. You could probably find either type of bracket (used) in the Parting Out section.
That's one of the accelerator cable brackets. Should be 78185-60040 for a '94. You'll have to find a used one if you want to replace it.

I have several of the 94 brackets if you need one, none of the 95+ currently.
Do you know the part number for the 95+ so he could order it?

I got one of the '95+ ones from Amayama last year. Maybe try sources like that?
I just bought a new 95+ one during the Serra sale. Came out to about $15. A used one wouldn't have been a significant savings and I didn't need to deal with bozos PMing me with pics of used ones from a 15 owner 300k 80 with a salvage title that had been flooded twice and finally got burned to a crisp in the California wildfire for a fair $30 shipped, $35 with the bolt. At least that's how it goes anytime I post a wanted ad.
