HELP, sway bar rubbing tire rod

my friend and I were trying to install the OEM front spacers. We disconnected the sway bar link and now we can't get it back in, worse, there touching of the sway bar to the tire rod.

Any ideas on how to fix it??

I'm desperate about to call a tow truck and have it taken to Toyota.

Unbolt the sway bar bushing mounts first.

Or use a ratchet strap.

You are correct, he called me almost immediately. It went a little something like this...

Me: "Hey, thanks for the call, I can't get the sway bar back down and I can't get the sway bar link back in. HELP!!!:

Rob: "Stupid question, but did you bleed the KDSS before you got started"

Me: "The what...?

All in all, this was my first time working on KDSS (my T4R doesn't have it) and I learned a valuable lesson! @Taco2Cruiser was a HUGE help, and though it was a simple fix, I was ready to call a tow truck IOT get home. I love these forums and the great members on here.
