Does anyone have any ideas on how to remove a stripped idler pulley? If I cut the stripped bolt head off how can I get the bolt out? I'm replacing with new which comes with bolt, so I'm open to ideas. Thanks.

The idler pulley to the right of the crank shaft, below the pulleys that hold the belts on. Not the A/C pulley.
Weld another bolt to the top of it and back it out. Mike

Crap. Didn't see that one coming, sounds like my little problem has gotten more serious.
