Dealer Help Reviewing Car Fax 2006 LC

Hi all,

I'm still a n00b, so I'm looking for some help reviewing this Car Fax. VIN and details available by PM but don't want to post here.

Pros:
exterior and interior colors are exactly what I want.
Looks to be in great shape
Listed at $23K, which I'm willing to pay
From a dealer, which I hope means they've inspected it.

Cons:
Car Fax shows first owner, 2 months, 15k miles, and listed as Commercial. Was this a rental car?
Been in Kentucky for the first 8 years (rust). No undercarriage pics

Other than that, it looks pretty great. I THINK ITS THE ONE!!!

If anyone knows this vehicle or has any thoughts on anything I'd love to hear it.

The good ones don't last long. Through the experience of hunting for mine as soon as you locate it and have a good feeling you need to make a call one way or the other.
