Help needed with finding the proper wiring harness (1 Viewer)

I have the code C1AED and I think it is an issue with the rear parking sensor wiring harness. Which of the two part numbers attached would be the harness that runs inside the bumper? I am having trouble finding a good diagram.

Not sure if this helps or not, but I put your bottom part number into Google and up with the website. 8216A-60080 Genuine Lexus Wire, Floor, NO.7 - https://www.lexuspartsnow.com/parts/lexus-wire-floor-no-7~8216a-60080.html
It asks for a VIN number, so if you enter your VIN number it will be more specific than just entering your make, model and year, since things often change mid year on vehicles. Ask me how I know...
Also, when you find the right one, look at Bell Lexus in Arizona. They generally have better pricing and if you get the wrong one, should be an easy return.
