Help needed: auto lock in lc200

Hi all,

Am a newcomer in LC world. Got my LC 200, 30 days ago.

Need to learn from u all:
1. Understand that LC have the function to automatically lock all doors once we put the shift/gear to driving mode. How do i turn this on?

2. I wonder how to start the car with the manual key in the auto key. I couldnt figure out how or where to use this key.....

Need your help all......

Not sure about #1.

The key you mention is only for locking the glove box, only push button start if that's what you have.

Hi Teddo,

You can customize some of the functions through the nav screen. I remember that the auto door lock is one of such functions. Hit the "setup" button at left of nav screen and explore the menus.

As for the physical key: it's also for unlocking the doors, but you can't start the vehicle with it.

Somehow the customization on screen doesnt arrange for auto lock when the car moves......

Unfortunately it dosnt work on my europe spec LC 200.. Have to meet the dealer soon.
