Help! Need Feedback on 1999 100 Series Find

I'm more of a 40 and 60 series guy myself, but looking for a more family friendly and off-road capable vehicle. Found this very stock 1999 100 series for sale in Tucson, AZ. Can ya'll tell me what I should look for in a used 100 series? The asking price seems like a nice deal. Does anyone know if e-lockers where available as options for that year? Engine displacement on this V8? I greatly appreciate the feedback.

Check Slee Off Road. Lot's of information on each year and what to look for. Rear locker was standard on the 99. The indestructible V8 is standard if you keep up maintenance. Check the FAQ section for lot's of information.

Engine displacement 284.6 cu. in.

A rear 'locker' (no front) was available from the factory as an option, it was NOT standard on either the 98-99. In 2000 the L/C went to ATrac and lockers were done away with entirely.
