Help me understand

I'm tracking down various parts as I try to diagnose my heater fan problem.

I noticed the terms "heater relay" and "heater breaker". I know what these things do in other applications, but I thought the heat in my BJ70 comes from the coolant running through a core...why the electrical components? Is "heater" just used when they mean "fan" or "blower"?

Yes they are talking about the fan side of your heating system.

Just a guess...but could those be referring to the rear heater under the center console between the two front seats?
