Help me identify this company logo (cross rails related)

This logo was on the side of a 4Runner here in the Chs area. It was also on the roof rack cross rails that were incorporated into the factory front to back rails - and they looked slick. I had never seen or heard of this company/logo, and I don’t even know what to google lol. Anyone recognize? I want to look deeper at those cross rails.

Too funny. Wonder if dude even knows it’s upside down - highly doubt it.
Anyway - thanks. Will investigate that rack.
