Found this lying on the driveway beneath passenger side of 96 FZJ80. Had recently done some work under the hood replacing spark plugs and wires, air cleaner intake hose and degreasing/cleaning. Hose marked “M53”. Not 100% certain it fell off my vehicle. Thanks for your help...

My first thought would be the A/C drain hose out of the firewall on the PS of the firewall.

Can't find a picture to pinpoint it though.

Thanks for the responses thus far... does anyone have a picture of this tube in place? I have checked both headlight assemblies and find drain tubes (two on each assm) on each end, inboard and outboard, but nothing seems to be missing. Also that tubing seems to be a much thinner type of rubber tubing. The piece i found on the ground has thicker walls and is more consistent with vacuum hose, roughly 1/4 “ inner diameter.

Looks more like insulation than a pressure hose. Check the Saturn coupe up the hill. Was there a hard rain lately? May have floated from elsewhere.
