Anybody know what this tube/rod is? Lost the one for the driver's side. Looks like it connects to the seat motor. Any help is appreciated thanks guys.

It’s the shaft that connects the seat adjuster motor across to the other side rail. The power seat adjustment mechanism is pretty complicated. You would likely have to source parts off a used seat
That shaft was not serviced separately. It was part of the now-discontinued seat adjuster assembly. Time to hit the junk yards. You might as well buy a whole driver's seat if you can.
