Help Identifying Harness by Oil Pan

I was doing some PM today on my new to me 100 when I noticed this wiring harness.

I took a long shot of it to give some vantage point. And yes I searched all around the area to find where it plugs, no dangling harness.

Anyone be of any assistance?

O2 sensor?

Yeah it's weird. It looks like something should be plugged in.

Nothing not working correctly either.

Although I do have a flashing rear locker light.
 
Maybe not harness/plug related, but if the rear locker light is flashing it sounds like it isn't engaging.

Does it turn off when you dial the switch off?
 
Yes it does turn off when dialed in. Tried some figure 8s gonna do some more work on that.

The 65 year old who owned it prior to me had no idea what it was. I am sure it never got used.
 
Center diff lock, rear diff lock (less likely), transfer case neutral, transfer case low...all that work and indicate properly?
 
All but the rear locker which I am working on at the moment.

I found the rear fill plug to be completely rounded. Called the previous owner and she said her local shop couldn't get it off. Was not disclosed during the sale but shame on me for not noticing.

I tried everything short of welding a nut on there to get it loose with no luck.

Leaving tomorrow with the family. Safe to fill it up to spec via the breather hose? Does all the fluid go from the axle into where it should?
 
Ok so a bit more information.

The unplugged harness is taped to the same wire bundle as the O2 sensor in the picture.

There are two wires in the unplugged harness. A blue wire and a white wire with a black tracer.

Can anyone crawl under theirs to see what it is? Or maybe have better skills with the electrical wiring diagrams?

Pretty sure i have the same empty harness on mine. I'll check later. I just assumed it was AHC related. Mine was built 12/99 (MY 2000), so i guess it could be a leftover from the rear locker days.
 
I have it on a 2000 LC. Just did oil and downstream O2 sensors. Maybe for something in other markets...
